Vendor Application

We are looking for vendors for our upcoming 2024 Artisan&Art Fairs.

The Spring/Summer Artisan&Art Fair Schedule
May 11, Saturday, 10am-5pm
June 23, Sunday, Annual Juneteenth Celebration 10am-5pm
July13, Saturday, 10am- 5pm
August 10, Saturday, 10am-5pm
Saturday September 7, Fall on Solano 10am -5pm (formerly known as Stroll-ish)
Sunday September 8, The Solano Stroll 10am-5pm
 
 
Please let us know which event(s) you want to join.
You will be invoiced for each event separately. Here's the details:
  • $75 per event.  A booth is a 10x10' space.
  • $25 discount when you promote thru email and social media.
  • Canopies are required. Rentals available for $20 per day.
  • No refunds within 2 weeks of the event date. 
  • You may share a booth.
  • Set up times : 8am-9:30am
  • Breakdown no earlier than 5pm.
